Character Education
Austin Independent School District (AISD) has developed a five-year Middle Level Education Plan to support its 19 middle school campuses to ensure student achievement, confidence and character among all students. All AISD middle schools will implement advisories in 6th, 7th and 8th grades to assist students in developing lifelong social skills reflected in the AISD Character Education Touchstone balanced with academic support.
